in a midnight session, Minister of Education took the podium and started to speak about a law proposal regarding the prevention fo sneaking in dangerous items into prisons... something he said made him laugh, or maybe it was something said by one fo the other MKs, but he cracked up and couldn't get himself under control... and many others MKs started to crack up as well..

laughing can be infectious.. and better this than fighting...
