What was this about? Publicity? Attraction to the store?
As a former dancer (about 40 lbs, and a very bad ankle injury, ago), I have to say that this piece was choreographed for a much larger space, either that or the performer felt constrained by the space.
Also, my guess he's a native Israeli. For some reason, I don't know why, "limb extension" seems to be something foreign here, among the amateurs and semi-pros. :-/

dont know. looks like a dance competition. when he finishes it looks like 2 women get on the stage for their turn
