the truck that moves with Allah

I saw this truck transporting construction material driving in front of me this morning...

I was not quite sure what the phrase at the top of the truck meant.. I think they need a new English copywriter...

update: turns out the phrase is part of a verse in the Koran

  1. I have seen this more and more. To me, it makes it easier to know which companies to avoid, even Jewish owned companies which allow this.

  2. It's actually from the Qur'an's version of the story of Noach, where it says that the moving and anchoring of the ark will be in the name of G-d. Using it in the context of a vehicle is a play on that - essentially saying that the moving and stopping of such vehicle is in the hands of/guided by G-d.
