Jewish resident of Jerusalem blasts Shma Yisrael next to Arab neighborhood (video)
in some places there have been conflicts with Arab neighborhoods blasting the calls of the Muezzin at early hours of the morning disturbing Jewish nearby neighborhoods at a time they would prefer to be sleeping. Unwilling to lower the volume or turn and redirect the speakers a bit, some Jewish neighborhoods have brought the fight back -
this fellow blasts Shema Yisrael towards the Arab neighborhood, to show them what it feels like.
I am sure his own Jewish neighbors probably aren't too happy about it either...

The obvious difference being that the Muslims have been doing their calls for prayer in that location for hundreds of years, and this idiot is doing it just to get on other people's nerves.

ReplyDeleteFor Sephardim and Mizrachim- the majority of Israel's Jewish population, "al Adha"- the Muslim Call to Prayer- is the equivalent and that is no exagerration. All Jews should be absolutely disgusted and enraged that al Adha is broadcast anywhere in Israel but most of all in Jerusalem. So what if Arabs have done it for however many years? What does THAT have to do with anything?
Jews are the only indigenous people of Jerusalem. Arabs are the progeny of invaders, murderers, thieves and they themselves today are Occupiers. When the very first Arab entered history in 853 BCE IN ARABIA our presence in the city was already ancient.
Baruch Hashem that this brother saw fit to blast the only true creed and to do so in Jerusalem.
